For a delicious and moist turkey, use these reheating instructions:

For Cooked Turkeys

  • Bring 2 cans of turkey or chicken broth to a boil in a separate saucepan.
  • Pour the broth into the bottom of a roasting pan.
  • Place a rack in the bottom of a roasting pan so that the turkey will be elevated above the broth.
  • Remove the turkey from the plastic bag. Place turkey on the rack and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Wrap stuffing in aluminum foil separately from the turkey and reheat for approx. ½ hour at 350 degrees.
  • Do not put cooked stuffing back into turkey to reheat.
  • Turkey ranging from 10-16 lbs. reheat 1 ½ - 2 hours at 350 degrees.
  • Turkeys ranging from 17-22 lbs. reheat 2 - 2 ½ hours at 350 degrees.
